We here at Spirited Sisters, Inc., home of the Original Healing Threads, strive to provide our VICs (Very Important Customers) with the best customer service and support available. If you find anything undesirable about your experience when ordering from us, when asking a question, or with any of our products, please let Spirited Sister #1, Peg Feodoroff know as soon as possible. You can call any time, 877-647-3900.

If you find the garment is defective, please call 877-647-3900 within 5 days of receiving the Healing Threads to discuss. Please return via first class mail within 10 days of receipt. We will reimburse you for 1st class USPS shipping back to us. Once we receive and inspect the garment, and find it is defective, we will send you a replacement of the same garment: style, size, and color, at no additional cost.

If for any reason you find it necessary to return any garment that you received, please follow the following steps:

  1. Please do not wear perfume or make-up when trying on the shirt or pants
  2. Be sure the garment has not been worn for any longer than trying on, and is the same condition as when you received
  3. If possible, include any tags or labels
  4. Include the reference number found on your packing slip
  5. Include the reason on the packing slip as to why it is being returned. 
  6. Include your name, address, and contact information
  7. Return to: Spirited Sisters, Inc., Attn: Returns, 50 Brentwood Drive, North Easton, MA 02356-2205
  8. Once the garment is received we will inspect and if all is in order, the full cost of the item will be applied to your account via PayPal.

Original Healing Threads ships via USPS priority, if the items are needed before 3 days, please call 877-647-3900 and request a price for Express Mail.

Shipping within the Contiguous United States

Customers who choose to ship products within the contiguous (lower 48) United States will be able to view the actual cost for the shipment of their order as part of their check out process before their order is submitted. Handling charges will be applied to the shipping cost.

Shipping price is determined by the weight of the product you are ordering and its destination's distance from Massachusetts. Handling charges may apply.
